This Privacy Policy explains how Quant_kit Sp. z o.o. processes personal data in connection with the Banacha Street website.
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Polish data protection law.

The website does not contain an account registration, newsletter subscription or embedded contact form. When you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, organisation and the content of your enquiry.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical connection data needed to deliver and secure the website, including IP address, request time, requested resource, browser or device information and diagnostic logs.
Purposes and legal bases
- responding to enquiries and taking steps before entering into a contract - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in business communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- operating, securing and diagnosing the website - our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;

Providing personal data
Providing personal data when you contact us or book a meeting is voluntary. We need your contact details and the content of your enquiry or booking request to respond or arrange the meeting. If you do not provide the information needed for that purpose, we may be unable to respond or arrange the meeting.
Recipients and international transfers
Personal data may be made available to providers supporting our hosting, IT, email and professional services, and to public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers supporting the website, email and meeting booking may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer is based on a mechanism permitted by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. External services
The Banacha Street website links to the eMarketIQ application. The application is a separate service operated by the same data controller and is governed by its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The website also links to HubSpot Meetings. When you book a meeting, Quant_kit Sp. z o.o. processes the booking details you provide to arrange and handle the meeting. HubSpot provides the booking tool and processes data under the terms applicable to its service.
The website links to LinkedIn. When you follow an external link, its provider may process data under its own privacy policy. The eMarketIQ application, HubSpot Meetings and LinkedIn are not embedded in this website.
Retention
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where relevant, until related claims expire or legal retention duties end. Technical logs are retained for the periods set by the relevant infrastructure provider and only as long as needed for security and diagnostics.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
